• Job Title: Travel Registered Nurse – Med/Surg Telemetry (Night Shift)

• Employment Type: Travel Nursing Assignment

• Hours per Week: 48

• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2,380 - $2,550

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey or compact state eligibility
• At least 1 year of recent experience in a Med/Surg Telemetry nursing role
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and commit to a 6-week travel nursing assignment
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient care skills

Med/Surg Telemetry RN Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult patients on a Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Monitor, assess, and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Accurately document patient care in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and health management
