Shift Notes: 7p-730a
36 hours scheduled/24 hours guaranteed

Submission Requirements

• No candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will be considered

• Minimum 24 months of Level I Pediatric ICU experience - REQUIRED

• No time off; time off can be listed as preferred, but will not necessarily be honored

• COVID and FLU vaccination required

• Travel experience - Preferred

Certification Requirements

• BLS (AHA)

• PALS (AHA)
