Job Details

• Call required one night per week (12 hours) and one weekend per month (48 hours).

Required Certifications and Credentials

Certifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
  American Heart Association certification required for all direct patient care personnel. Must provide scanned copy of both front and back of card with expiration date.

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
  Required for RNs in CCU, ED, PACU, MICU, SICU. Must provide scanned copy of both front and back of card with expiration date.

Licenses and Verifications

• License/Certificate Verification
  Must be dated within 30 days of start. For California, provide picture of hard copy license for RNs.

• Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen
  Completed within 30 days of start date (preferred within 14 days). Must include Cocaine, Amphetamines, Opiates, 6-Monoacetylmorphine, Propoxyphene, PCP, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Methaqualone, Methadone. No THC allowed.

Health and Safety Requirements

• COVID-19 Vaccine
  Proof of vaccine, booster (due Sept 2024), declination or exemption (declination not accepted in CA).

• MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
  Proof of 2 vaccinations or primary source IgG titer with lab printout.

• Varicella
  Proof of 1 vaccination or primary source IgG titer with lab printout.

• Hepatitis B
  Must have first vaccination prior to start; subsequent doses as per schedule. Hep B titers not accepted.

• Influenza Vaccine (Optional)
  Proof of vaccine, declination, or exemption. Declination not accepted in CA. Flu season dates: 10/1/2024 - 4/30/2025.

• 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot)
  Required tuberculosis screening.

• Fit Test
  Required for respirator use.

• Physical/Health Statement
  Documentation from an exam within the last year certifying fitness to work.

• Trinity Specific COVID Questionnaire
  Must be completed and uploaded.
