CT Technologist Job Opportunity

Location: Mishawaka, Indiana
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (13 weeks)
Shift: Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Description

• Perform CT technologist duties as required during assigned shifts.

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Indiana
• ARRT certification in CT (ARRT (R)(CT))
• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association

Onboarding and Compliance Requirements

Candidates must provide the following documentation and meet these health and professional standards prior to start:

Certifications and Licenses

• State license verification dated within 30 days of start
• BLS certification (front and back of card)
• ARRT certification in CT

Health and Immunization

• Fit test
• Annual TB questionnaire and 2-step PPD or IGRA test (with chest x-ray if positive TB)
• Trinity 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (no THC)
• COVID-19 vaccine proof, booster by Sept 2025, or approved exemption (declination not accepted in CA or IL)
• Influenza vaccine proof or approved exemption for current flu season (declination not accepted in CA or IL)
• MMR vaccination proof (2 doses or IgG titer)
• Hepatitis B vaccination series initiated prior to start (titers not accepted)
• Varicella vaccination proof or IgG titer
• Tdap vaccine (declination accepted if no pediatric interaction)
• Physical/health statement confirming fitness to work within the last year

Professional and Background Checks

• Resume and skills checklist within the last year
• Two professional references
• Signed code of conduct, confidentiality, conflict of interest, integrity and audit services forms
• Criminal background check (federal, nationwide, county for last 7 years) including SSN verification, dated within 30 days of start
• Education verification of highest academic level or equivalent
• EPLS, OIG, NSO, and OFAC screenings dated within 30 days of start
• Trinity system access form completed one week before start
• Trinity Joint Commission CORE exam within the last year

Additional Notes

• The agency will provide a skills checklist for clinical contractors.
• All required documentation must be uploaded to the credentialing system prior to onboarding.
• Prior travel experience is not specified as a requirement for this position.
