📍 Holyoke, MA | 🗓️ 13 Weeks | 🌙 Psych RN – Night Shift

MiraVista Behavioral Health Center is seeking experienced Psychiatric Registered Nurses for a night shift assignment in a collaborative inpatient behavioral health setting. This opportunity is ideal for nurses with inpatient psych experience who are comfortable floating between units and taking charge responsibilities when needed.

The RN will provide direct and indirect patient care within a trauma-informed recovery model while maintaining a safe therapeutic environment. Responsibilities include psychiatric assessments, medication administration, crisis intervention, treatment planning, patient documentation, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary behavioral health team.

Schedule is 11p–7:30a, 40 hours weekly, including every other weekend and holiday rotation. No call required.

Requirements:

Active Massachusetts RN License required at submission
Minimum 1 year inpatient psychiatric experience required
Must be willing to float and take charge
CPR/BLS required
Behavioral health and substance abuse treatment experience preferred
Strong de-escalation, crisis intervention, and therapeutic communication skills required
