📍 Mauston, WI | 🗓️ 13 Weeks | 🗣️ Speech Therapist (SLP) – Days

Mile Bluff Clinic is seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist for a 13-week contract assignment. This opportunity is ideal for an SLP who is passionate about helping patients improve communication and swallowing function while working within a collaborative multidisciplinary healthcare team.

The Speech Therapist will evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, develop individualized treatment plans, provide patient and family education, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
36 guaranteed hours per week
No weekends
No holidays
No call

Requirements:

Active State Speech Therapy License
Current BLS Certification
Experience evaluating and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders
Strong documentation and patient education skills
Experience with Meditech EMR preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Perform speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Complete evaluations, progress notes, and discharge documentation
Educate patients, families, and healthcare staff
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Provide evidence-based recommendations and treatment strategies
