Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a OT OT to take an assignment in Flagstaff, Arizona.

This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on June 22, 2026.

**Required Experience and Qualifications:** - 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist - Experience with charting system, Cerner (required) - Two professional references required. One must be from the most recent employer checked within 1 year of start. The second reference may be checked within two years of start. **License and Certification Requirements:** - Arizona Occupational Therapist License (AZ License) - Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification - AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card - Hand Therapy Certification (highly preferred) **Skills and Special Requirements:** - Experience in adult outpatient therapy, orthopedics, neuro, and primary care settings - Skills in assessment, discharge planning, dynamic splints, evaluation, functional splints, hand clinic management, home exercise programs, nerve injury management, orthoplast use, patient/family education, plan of care development, reassessments, serial/inhibitory therapy, splinting, static splints, tendon repair, and management of upper extremity prosthetics **Work Environment:** - Outpatient therapy clinic with opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary clinic with OT, PT, ST, and in-network orthopedics, neuro, and primary care providers **Additional Requirements:** - Candidates must be comfortable with floating based on job description without restrictions or special requests - Modules must be completed during the first week of orientation, with an average of 6 billable hours
