Now Hiring – Physical Therapist 
Start Date: 11/11/2024
Length of Contract: 13 weeks Contract
Setting: SNF
Patient Type: Adult and Geriatric Patients 
Shift: Days (Monday – Friday)
Hours: 40 hours per week - 5x 8hr shifts
OT: OT Available
EMR: Nethealth
Number of Patients per day: 8-12

New Grad Friendly – Active California Physical Therapist Licensed Required 
CPR/ BLS Card Required
