bad company with bad recruiters. not only did i have a bad experience, two nurse friends of mine had the same. one of them is currrently going through court to receive her correct pay. avoid this company
Do yourself a favor and find a more reputable travel agency or better yet, find a hospital offering an in-house contract and cut out the middle man; especially OSM. Where do I begin with this company? Oh I know! How about not getting paid for the first week that I was there after being reassured several times by my recruiter, Tim, I would. Or what about showing up at a facility and being forced to adapt to unsafe working conditions that you did not sign up for such as being an ICU nurse expected to take 5 patients. If you think that this company will advocate for you, you are completely wrong. Instead, when you don’t do what they think you should they will formulate stories or give some watered down version of the truth to your board of nursing expecting you just to back down and take it. Well guess what OSM…if you thought I was backing down…you are wrong!! I’m here every step of the way until every stone is turned on your entire corrupt corporation.
