Med/Surg/Tele RN - Night Shift

Schedule

This position requires availability for night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Job Description

The Med/Surg/Tele RN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients on a Med/Surg/Telemetry unit. Responsibilities will include monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

Responsibilities

Monitor patients’ vital signs and report changes to the medical team.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
Perform assessments and document patient progress.
Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Current RN license in good standing.
Relevant nursing experience in a Med/Surg/Telemetry setting.
Completion of required health screenings and vaccinations as per onboarding requisites.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
