Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Acute Care team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geriatric care or inpatient rehabilitation experience, particularly with Swing Bed patients. This position is within a 24-bed unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 6-7:1, and you will be expected to provide comprehensive care that meets the needs of an affluent community.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to patients in an acute care setting.
- Perform wound care and other advanced nursing procedures.
- Document patient information accurately using Cerner.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Active RN license.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS and CPI certifications preferred.
- Experience with geriatric care and inpatient rehabilitation strongly preferred.
