4x10 hour shifts from 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM or 5x8 hour shifts from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Occupational Therapist to provide 1:1 direct care to patients in an outpatient therapy clinic. The therapist will work within a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with physical therapists and speech-language pathologists to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide evaluations, treatment plans, and therapy interventions for outpatient clients.
- Manage a daily caseload of 8-11 patients, ensuring high-quality care and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and charting using Cerner.
- Educate patients and their families on care and rehabilitation strategies.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an outpatient setting.
- Current Arizona OT license and BLS certification are required.
- AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card is necessary for licensure.
- Hand Therapy Certification is highly preferred.
