Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our inpatient team. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills and a strong commitment to providing quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to facilitate patient recovery and mobility.
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes accurately.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and home care strategies.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current California Physical Therapist license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- TB clearance completed within the last 12 months.
