TRAVEL RN MED SURG - 1st Shift (07:00 to 19:00)

This Registered Nurse provides direct nursing care to patients in the Medical-Surgical unit during the day shift. The role involves delivering patient-centered care, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with the healthcare team to support optimal patient outcomes.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care consistent with medical-surgical unit protocols and standards.
• Monitor patient condition and respond promptly to changes in clinical status.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate and implement patient care plans.
• Utilize appropriate equipment and technology to support patient care and monitoring.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system.
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN licensure must be in hand at time of submission.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a hospital setting preferred.
