Description
Job Summary:
An X-Ray Technologist position is available in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This hospital-based contract requires candidates to have a minimum of 12 months of X-Ray experience in a clinical or hospital setting. Candidates must be proficient in operating room equipment and comfortable registering patients within clinics using EPIC electronic medical record system. Candidates are required to bring their Iowa radiology license on the first day of work.
Job Details:
- Location: Cedar Rapids, Iowa
- Schedule: Rotating shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Active ARRT certification, at least 12 months of X-Ray experience in a clinical or hospital setting, Iowa radiology license or eligibility to apply, BLS certification, drivers license
- Preferred Qualifications: Iowa radiology license highly preferred, clinic experience with independent workflow, proficient with equipment such as Phillips, Carestream, Siemens, GE, Konika Flex, Del Medical, and operating room equipment including GE OEC c-arm and Siemens Cysto, fluoro experience preferred
- Additional Information: Primarily hospital-based contract, candidates will float across clinics as needed in Marion and Westside. Candidates must be comfortable registering patients in EPIC. First time travelers welcome. Excellent clinical operational skills required.
- Submission Requirements: Work history/resume/employment history with 24 months of current X-Ray experience, professional references from within 24 months, drivers license, and certifications as listed.
