Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist (OT) Inpatient in Hood River, Oregon. This position is for a skilled professional providing inpatient therapy services. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The assignment is scheduled to start on July 13, 2026, and requires a minimum of 40 hours per week, primarily during daytime hours.

Job Details:

• Location: Hood River, Oregon
• Shift: 8-hour days (Shift hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM)
• Hours Per Week: 40 hours minimum
• Start Date: 07/13/2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Required Qualifications: Oregon license, Washington license, BLS certification, 1 year of skilled home health experience, experience with Oasis, providing services to adult patients with diagnoses including dementia, Parkinsons, ALS, MS, post-operative orthopedic and stroke patients.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with IPR, acute care, home health, long-term acute care (LTAC).
• Schedule: 8 hours daily, 5 days per week, with the possibility of 4x10 or 5x8 shifts.
• Additional Information: The traveler is expected to have their own transportation. The assignment involves travel between patients within a maximum radius of approximately 60 miles daily. The facility utilizes EPIC for electronic documentation and Rover/OASIS tools for home health documentation.
• Submission Requirements: List any time-off requests, provide three available interview times, confirm the travelers phone number, indicate if the traveler has previously worked for the organization, confirm transportation, and specify the travelers experience with Oasis and proficiency level. References covering 1 year (6 months for CNAs) are required.
• Special Notes: Both Oregon and Washington licensure is mandatory. The traveler has been offered and the offer is extended; candidates should be prepared to apply for licenses ASAP.
