CT Tech Travel Position - Wyoming
Job Summary
- Perform diagnostic CT exams under general supervision following established policies and procedures.
- Verify patient identity and review medical records for exam appropriateness.
- Interview patients to obtain and update medical history; assess risk factors (medications, pregnancy, psychological indicators).
- Explain procedures, including side effects, risks, benefits, alternatives, and follow-up.
- Set up imaging equipment and acquire images as per physician’s script.
- Review images, make initial observations, document exceptions, and communicate findings to radiologist.
- Recognize and respond to medical emergencies as appropriate.
- Provide physician-prescribed post-care instructions.
- Participate in radiology process improvement activities (quality of care, patient flow, reject-repeat analysis, patient satisfaction).
- Provide imaging education to residents, student technologists, and new employees.
- May perform Radiologic Technologist duties as needed.
- Able to take call/standby as required by the department.

Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Wyoming
- Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
- ARRT certification in CT Tech and Radiology (must be current and verifiable)
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Radiology Technologist experience
