Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor & Delivery

Location: Keene, New Hampshire
Employment Type: Temporary Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks


Job Overview

  • Provide nursing care to patients from infancy through adult lifespan.
  • Utilize knowledge of age-related growth and development to individualize nursing care.
  • Support a midwife-led, low-intervention approach to pregnancy care emphasizing natural birth experiences.
  • Work environment includes a broad range of medical resources if needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience (Required)
  • Postpartum and Mother/Baby care experience (Required)
  • Epic EMR experience
  • ACLS certification
  • AWHONN Certification within the past 3 years (Preferred)
  • BLS (AHA) and NRP certifications (Required)
  • New Hampshire nursing license (Compact allowed)
  • Must have own vehicle (firm requirement)
  • Must not reside within 50 miles of the facility (no local travelers)
  • No block scheduling or schedule accommodations allowed
  • Requested time off (RTO) must be submitted and approved at time of application; no more than 5 days allowed
  • All medical and occupational health compliance items must be completed within 5 days of offer acceptance

Additional Notes

  • No concurrent permanent or travel assignments allowed with this contract.
  • Scheduling requests after offer acceptance will not be approved and may result in rescinded offers.
  • Profile submission must include cover page (if available), work history, and current licenses/certifications (Nursys, BLS, NRP).
