Physical Therapist (PT) - Temp, Outpatient (Days)

Location: Bettendorf, Iowa
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days (8 hours per day)
Work Hours: 36-40 hours/week (OT billable after 40 hours)
Summer Holidays: Required to work 1-2 of 3 holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
Orientation: Every Monday

Job Description

• Provide professional and clinical physical therapy care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• May float within the physical therapy discipline across local campuses.
• Use EPIC electronic medical record system.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience.
• At least 1 prior travel contract completed (prior travel experience required).
• Current Physical Therapist state license for Iowa.
• BLS certification.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission.
• License verification and copy of required certifications.
• One supervisory reference required at time of submission.
• Must have a taxable address located more than 50 miles from the facility.

• Not employed by this health system within the last 12 months.
• OT/Holiday pay multiplier and call back/on call differentials apply (details available upon request).
• Charge/precept pay available.
