Location: Boston, Massachusetts

Job Description

Perform radiologic technology duties as an X-Ray Technologist.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Radiology Technologist license in Massachusetts (Primary Source Verification required within 30 days of start; conditional licenses not accepted).
• Minimum of 1 year of Radiology Technologist experience, including experience within the last year.
• ARRT certification required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required prior to onboarding (AHA, Red Cross, CHSF, or Military accepted; AHA preferred).
• Fit Test for N95 respirator within 365 days of start date, updated annually (no exemptions allowed).
• Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation required if fit test is required.
• Documentation of immunity or vaccination for Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR) required.
• TB test documentation within 3 months of start date (skin test or blood test), updated if break >6 months.
• Physician Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start, updated if break >6 months.
• Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start, updated if break >6 months.
• Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start, updated if break >6 months.
• Social Security Number trace for past 7 years.
• National Sex Offender Registry check within 30 days prior to start, updated annually.
• Exclusion checks against OIG, GSA, MassHealth, and NH Medicaid lists within 30 days prior to start, updated annually.
• Resume including past 7 years of work experience with city and state required for submission.
• Two professional references within 4 years, including at least one supervisor or higher in the skillset, required for submission.
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year required for submission.
• Confirmation of Assignment/POI form required upon acceptance and for extensions.
• Education verification through background check company (highest level achieved).

Additional Notes

• Positive TB skin test requires documentation of a negative chest x-ray after the positive test.
• No onsite fit testing available; must be completed prior to start.
• No religious or medical exemptions allowed for fit testing.
• Background checks include international residence or travel exceeding 30 consecutive days within the last 7 years.
• Name change documentation may be required if credential names do not match legal name.
