Description

Job Opportunity: Respiratory Therapist - NICU

Location

Allentown, Pennsylvania

Employment Type

Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Work Schedule

Day shift
4 shifts per week, 12 hours each (7:00 AM to 7:30 PM)
Total 48 hours per week
Schedule options: 3x12 or 4x12 shifts accepted
No on-call duties
Every Other Week (EOW) and Every Other Holiday (EOH) schedules available

Job Description

Provide respiratory therapy services in both neonatal and pediatric units as needed
Must have at least 1 year of experience in a Level 3 or higher NICU or a minimum of 1 year PICU experience
Minimum 2 years of total respiratory therapy experience required
First-time travel therapists are welcome to apply

Requirements/Qualifications

Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Pennsylvania
Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapist experience, including experience within the last year
Current certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
