Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a registered nurse (RN) specializing in Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) located in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment. This role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care, adhering to professional standards, and collaborating with other clinical personnel to support patient recovery and safety.

Job Details:

  • Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado
  • Specialty: Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)
  • Schedule: Rotating shifts, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Two years of RN PACU experience, current RN license to practice in Colorado in good standing, BLS through the American Heart Association, ACLS through the American Heart Association, PALS through the American Heart Association, and flu vaccination for 2025/2026 with no exemptions.
  • Additional Information:
    • RADIUS RULE: traveler's permanent address must be at least 75 miles away from the facility.
    • CAPS REQUIREMENT: apply as soon as possible via the Colorado Department of Human Services portal; processing may take up to two weeks.
    • Out-of-state agencies must register in the system, entering their real address and selecting Colorado as the state, and specify out-of-state location if applicable.
    • Ensure SS# and DOB are correct in the system to prevent onboarding issues.
  • Position Urgency: Normal
