My experience with Cross Country has been great. They have reimbursed me for travel expenses, parking, and flu shot expenses. My unit was closed due to a hurricane warning. I still got paid for the shift and I was not expecting that. I have been treated fairly. I have been payed well. I am surprised by the poor reviews. My recruiter Charles keeps in touch with me and is always easy to reach. I would recommend Cross Country.

Loved working with this agency. Always got great assignments in locations that I wanted. My recruiter always returned my calls promptly if I had any concerns. Pay was great. Be careful of "Anonymous" critics. They may be other agencies.
My recruiter got me the job offer within 24 hours. I’ve had a pleasant experience thus far
