Withheld pay: due to miscommunication from hospital, despite having signed timesheets. No backing of RN: Asked by hospital to take 8-month old patient on Adult telemetry unit. Was told I would be turned over to Legal if I tried to break contract for safety reasons.

Then our conversation was just ended on my Vivian app with No explanation or followup. I don’t see this as good business. Could have let me know it was filled or no longer needed.
