I haven’t had issues like I’ve seen others have posted. Nightingale was my first experience with travel nursing and my contact, Jeff Winstel, was great. In fact, I still check in with him after a few years since I’ve worked with them to keep in touch and see what’s out there. Anytime Nightingale calls me with a different recruiter, I always tell them I’ll only work with Jeff. I’m sorry others haven’t had a good experience with Nightingale but when I worked with them, no issues.
One of the worst company to work for. Liars, thieves and a disloyal company.
THIEVES, SCAMMERS,UNPROFESSIONAL
I worked for 3 weeks with the company. I was shorted out of 20 hours. You can’t never reach anyone only text messages and they half respond to those. Their rude nasty and don’t know how to talk to their employees. BEWARE THEY ARE THEIVES!!! DO NOT WORK FOR THEM!!!

Garbage company. They submitted me for a contract to NYC and they refused to add or remove any clauses into contracts. They insisted it was a 1-size fits all, and all contracts with all companies nation wide were basically the same (red flag.). They had all sorts of provisions written into the contract to pay you minimum wage and to not pay you your stipends. When questioned they eluded to that i was an inexperienced traveler and “thats not how we do business” (referring to what was in the contract) and would not address my contract specifically but spoke about generalities about how contracts are in general. Then after i walked away, I got an anonymous call telling me “i was famous” on the internet for yelling at recruiters (whatever that means). They are bitter, vindictive, and not transparent with doing business. Do not go with Nightinggale or their parent company AMN.
Not a bad company. One incident with a day of missing pay but it was corrected (just concerned I had to bring the problem to their attention and they didn't catch). Housing got a little mixed up initially but a quick phone call fixed that problem. The company forgot to add me to the insurance company after I had filled out all the paperwork initially. Found out I wasn't covered only after I received a bill for healthcare and there was no record of insurance. I had been with the company about 5 months when this happened. They fixed the problem and reimbursed me the money but couldn't explain to me how I had "fallen through the cracks". Thank God I didn't get in a serious car accident during that time period. My recruiter was great with weekley calls but I only hear from her about once every two weeks or so now. This is my third assignment with them and I want to travel to Florida next but my recruitor has already told me that I will not make very much money in Florida because it is such a low pay rate state, so I will probably leave this company after my current assignment ends and look for something else. Hope this helps.
