Description

Job Title: Med/Surg Telemetry RN
Facility: Cleveland Clinic – Main Campus Hospital
Address: 9500 Euclid Ave, Cleveland, OH 44195

Shift Options: Days and Nights both available

Note: D/N rotating shift: 7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm (shift typically consists of 2 weeks D, 2 weeks N IF NEEDED TO MEET THE OPERATIONAL NEEDS OF THE HOSPITAL, Facility will do their best to honor travelers preferred shift but reserve the right to rotate them if necessary.)

Auto Offer: 4x12s
Day/Night rotation : 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Facility will try to honor shift preference but reserves the right to rotate shifts if required

Requirements:

Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
At least 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty prior to any travel assignments
Active Ohio RN license or Compact State license in hand
Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
Must work at least every other holiday

Orientation Requirements:

Must pass ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessment

Weekly Pay Package: Weekly Gross: $3728 For 40 hrs: 3040 Regular rate: $76 Hourly on W2: $ 20 Hourly on Stipends: $ 56 Weekly Taxable: $800 Weekly Non-Taxable: $2240 For rest OT 8 hrs: $688 OT Blended rate : $86 OT rate on W2: $30 OT rate on Stipend: $56
