Description

Diabetes/Endocrinology/GI Nurse Is Key; Focus On Endocrinology, Diabetes, and GI Education For Procedures; Phone; Assist In Prescription Refills; Nurse Visits; Vaccines; Assist W/Procedures; POTS; NURSE NAVIGATOR FOR GI; Ability to triage complex GI/IBD patients; Infusion coordination/care coordination.
