Job Requirements

Active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 2 year of experience in Med/Surg Tele nursing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Certifications

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in this Med/Surg Tele unit
Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
