Description
. Any RN contractor who is absent from a scheduled shift or is more than 20 minutes late for their scheduled shift 3 times will be terminated effective immediately. Situations such as a communicable disease or hospitalization with supporting evidence will be reviewed in favor of the contractor. This policy will begin on 6/1/2024.EMR: Cerner Dress Code: Navy Scrubs, to patient ratio - Variable
Submission requirements: Must have previous OB leadership experience - Required Experience with Newborns, Pediatric and Adults - Required ,BLS - Required PALS - Required ACLS - Preferred

StateLicenses:Michigan
Facility Description: Traveler is not eligible for shift incentives; The traveler must make up any call-ins within contract time frame. Travelers are Required to float to any area they are qualified for.
