Description
Job Title: RN - Emergency Room (ED)
Location: Washington, DC
Shift: 4x12 Hour Night Shifts
Work Hours: 48 hours/week
Start Date: 30/06/2025
Contract Duration: 8 weeks
Pay rate: $ 75 - $ 77 / hour on W2
Job Description: Seeking experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses for rapid deployment. This is a fast-paced ED setting treating a diverse patient population including urgent care, pediatrics, psychiatric, and trauma patients. Nurses will be expected to manage critical care needs such as:
Medication titration
Arterial lines
Mass blood transfusions
Chest tube management
The role focuses on delivering high-quality care, ensuring patient safety, and fostering a positive patient experience.
Requirements:
Active RN license (state/district)
Minimum 1 year of Emergency Room experience
Graduate from an accredited RN program (NLN-approved)
Certifications:
BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS (All current)
Experience with Cerner EMR
Preferred:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
