Job Description:(RN) - Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
Location: Washington, DC 
Shift:12-hour Day/Night (Both) 
Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Pay rate : Pay rate: $ 60 - $ 62 / hour on W2

Job Discerption: Provide patient care in a 48-bed cardiac telemetry stepdown/progressive care unit (includes 4 pulmonary and 10 cardiac surgery beds). This role demands a skilled RN experienced in cardiac telemetry and progressive care with the ability to manage frequent IV drips and complex cardiac diagnoses.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver nursing care to patients with cardiac, pulmonary, and vascular conditions.
Manage frequent IV drips such as Heparin, Milrinone, Lasix, Bumex.
Monitor and care for patients with diagnoses including CHF, NSTEMI, arrhythmias, and post-vascular surgery.
Use Cerner clinical documentation system.

Requirements:
Current RN license in state/district (Required)
Minimum 2 years RN experience (Required)
Minimum 2 years cardiac telemetry experience (Required)
Graduate from an accredited or NLN-approved RN program (Required)
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS (Required)
BSN degree (Highly desired)
