Description

Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse - Days

Location: San Joaquin County, CA

Contract Details:
• 13•week contract, 40 hours/week
• Day shifts with potential overtime
• Extension opportunities
• RTO accepted

Qualifications:
• Active RN license
• BLS certification
• 1-2 years in home health or hospice
• Proficient with Home Care Home Base

Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care in home settings
• Use Home Care Home Base for documentation
• Conduct start of care visits and manage caseload

Additional Information:
• Scrub color: Any
• COVID vaccine not required
• EMR: Home Care Home Base
