Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing and overseeing behavior intervention plans, training staff and caregivers, and ensuring effective implementation of applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to improve the lives of individuals with behavioral, developmental, or intellectual challenges.

 

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • State licensure if required (depending on state regulations)
  • At least 1–2 years of experience working in ABA or with individuals with autism or related disorders
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in data collection software and electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred
Key Responsibilities: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Provide direct and indirect supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ABA therapists Train and support staff, caregivers, and clients on behavior support strategies Monitor and evaluate client progress and make data-driven treatment modifications Maintain thorough and timely documentation, reports, and treatment plans Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including parents, teachers, therapists, and healthcare professionals Ensure compliance with all ethical and professional standards outlined by the BACB
