Job Summary:
We are seeking a licensed and dedicated Physical Therapist to provide school-based services to students for a 9-month academic contract. The Physical Therapist will support students’ mobility, access, and participation within the educational environment by assessing physical development, designing individualized interventions, and working collaboratively with educational staff and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to determine needs for physical therapy services related to educational goals.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in coordination with students' IEP teams.
• Provide direct physical therapy services to support functional mobility, gross motor development, and access to the school environment.
• Collaborate with teachers, occupational therapists, and other school personnel to ensure integrated service delivery.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of goals and objectives.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and IEP data.
• Educate school staff and parents on strategies and activities to promote student independence and safety.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree (or Doctorate) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist.
• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to provide school-based behavioral support to students for a 9-month academic contract. The Behavior Therapist will implement behavior intervention strategies, support students with behavioral or emotional challenges, and collaborate with school teams to promote positive learning environments and student success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) or school psychologists.
• Provide direct one-on-one or small group support to students with behavioral needs.
• Collect and document behavioral data to monitor student progress and inform interventions.
• Assist with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and collaborate in the development of individualized behavior strategies.
• Support teachers and staff in implementing classroom management techniques and behavior supports.
• Promote positive behavioral skills and reinforce replacement behaviors aligned with student goals.
• Participate in IEP and behavior support team meetings as needed.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records and provide regular progress updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field (required).
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Experience working with children with autism, developmental disabilities, or behavioral challenges in a school or clinical setting.
• Ability to work collaboratively with school teams and communicate effectively with staff and families.
• Strong observation, data collection, and documentation skills.
