📌 Job Summary

Facility Type: Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC)
Unit: Med-Surg / Telemetry
Shift: Nights – 4x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Weekly Hours: 48 hours/week
Contract Length: 13 weeks (91 days)

✅ Required Qualifications

Certifications: BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association)
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year recent LTAC or Med-Surg/Telemetry RN experience
- Must have experience with dysrhythmia interpretation and management
- 1+ year experience using EPIC EMR

COVID-19 Vaccine: Not required
Flu Vaccine: Required, with NO exemptions
