Description: Home Health (OASIS E/HCHB Exp) - 5x8 DAYS
HOLIDAYS/ NO WEEKENDS
ASAP START - ORIENTATION EVERY MONDAY
Certs Required: BLS, DC RN License*Must have DC license in hand upon submittal*Skills Required: Peripheral IV Start, HCHB, Infusion, Home Health Medicare Exp with OASIS
Experience Special Requirements: **Must have Medicare-certified home health agency experience** , Candidates must be able to manage at least 8 patient visits per day.
Types of Cases: CHF, diabetes, drain care, urinary catheter, ostomy care, infusion services, central line care, joint replacement, COVID, palliative8 Visits/Day

Charting: Homecare Homebase, SBAR, SOAP, OASIS E Exp
