🔹 Job Duties

• Conduct psychological evaluations and clinical interviews
• Collaborate with mental health, medical, and correctional staff
• Create and manage individualized treatment plans
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling services
• Perform segregation rounds and assess inmates’ mental health

🔹 Qualifications

• Education: Doctorate in Psychology (from an accredited institution)
• License: Active, unrestricted license to practice psychology in TN
• Experience: Minimum 2 years clinical experience (1 year in a similar setting)
• Other: Valid driver’s license; minimum age 18

🔹 Skills Required

• Mental health evaluation and treatment
• Crisis intervention and de-escalation
• Multidisciplinary team coordination

🔹 Compensation

Clinician Pay Package (for nurse equivalent):

• Total: $129.15/hour
  • Taxable (W2): $98/hour
  • Stipend (Non-taxable): $31.15/hour
• Weekly Gross: $5,166/week (based on 40 hours)
• OT (W2 Rate): $147/hou
