💙 RN – Inpatient Rehab (Stroke Recovery) | Full-Time Day Shift | $33–$57/hr + Sign-On Bonus + Benefits

What You’ll Do:

Deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered nursing care using the nursing process.
Partner with patients and families in developing recovery-focused plans of care.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team to support rehabilitation goals.
Mentor and precept nursing staff and students, fostering a strong future workforce.
Actively engage in evidence-based practice, performance improvement, and shared governance.
Support patient recovery from stroke and other long-term illnesses with compassion and excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

RN license (Georgia or Compact State).
Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
BLS certification (Instructor accepted).
5+ years RN experience required; prior direct rehab or stroke recovery experience preferred.
Strong critical thinking, collaboration, and patient advocacy skills.
