Description

A leading home healthcare provider is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to join their Manhatten, NY office. This is a full-time position offering a balanced mix of fieldwork and office-based responsibilities.

• Fieldwork (40%)

o Conduct monthly visits for each case (caseload ranges from 15 to 30 clients)

o Support admissions and perform new client assessments

o Develop and update care plans

o Supervise and mentor field staff

o Service Area Counties: Bronx, Kings, New York, Queens, Richmond

• Office-Based Duties (60%)

o Observe and validate field staff competencies (new employees and annuals)

o Review and ensure accurate case load documentation

o Lead staff training sessions and in-service education

- 2 years working as a Registered Nurse, ideally in home health, NICU, or PICU settings - Bachelors Degree - Any prior management experience is desirable
