Description

Job Title: Hospice Registered Nurse • Days

Location: Boston and Dorchester, MA

Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to patients in Boston. Ideal candidates will have a strong hospice and home health background.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver quality hospice care in patients' homes.
• Complete documentation using HCHB with same•day submission.
• Manage a caseload of 20•25 cases weekly.
• Attend weekly in•person office meetings.
• Be flexible to float as needed.

Schedule:
• 13•week contract, 40 hours/week.
• Monday to Friday, 8 am • 5 pm.
• Possible weekend work; no on•call or overtime.

Qualifications:
• Active RN License and BLS Certification.
• 2+ years of hospice experience.
• Proficient in HCHB
• Efficient caseload management skills.

Additional Information:
• Mileage reimbursement available.
• Flexible scrub color.
• PPE and parking details provided later.
