HIGHLIGHTS:

• Minimum of 18 months recent CVOR experience
• Minimum of 18 months perm CVOR RNFA experience prior to travel
• Must have experience with vein harvesting
• MUST have RNFA certification
• MUST HAVE PERM Ohio Active RN License OR Compact RN License
• AHA BLS required
• Float to Main OR if no CVOR cases are scheduled
• Weekday and Weekend on-call and holiday on-call will be discussed during interview
• Cleveland Clinic accepts locals at the same BR
• Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date
• Facility has a strict DO NOT call policy

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

• TWO recent references from a manager, AND, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission
• ONE reference from a supervisor or physician is REQUIRED for RNFA/CSFA positions
• Required certifications need to be ACTIVE with nothing pending
• PBDS Assessment is waived
• ECG rhythm recognition test and safe Medicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required
• Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled
• BG hits of any kind are reviewed by the facility but will not accept any traveler with an open case
• Facility does not accept any license hits
• Nurses and CSTs are EXEMPT from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements (EFFECTIVE 9/30/22)
• All other travelers (aside from Nurses and CSTs) MUST BE NICOTINE FREE
