Registered Nurse – Float Pool (Nights)

Location: Lancaster, CA
Contract Type: 13-week assignment

Shift:

• Nights (7 PM start)
• 3×12s (36 hours) or 4×12s (48 hours) — 48-hour schedule preferred
• **If candidates only want to work 36 hours, rate will be lower**
• Must be willing to work weekends and holidays as needed

Unit:
Float Pool – primarily Med-Surg and PCU, with possible CCU coverage

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of California
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of Float Pool experience
• At least 1 year of travel nursing experience
• Ability to float between units as needed
• Strong adaptability and critical thinking skills

Assignment Details:
This is a night shift Float Pool role supporting a large acute care hospital in the Lancaster, CA area. Nurses in this role will float to multiple units, providing high-quality patient care across Med-Surg, PCU, and occasionally CCU settings.
