Job Title: MSW (Master of Social Work)

Location: Bellevue, WA 98004

Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Night, 5x8-hour (8:30 PM – 7:00 AM)

 

 

Job Overview

 

Seeking a Master of Social Work (MSW) professional to provide psychosocial assessment, discharge planning, and care coordination. This role focuses on supporting patients’ mental health needs, ensuring safe transitions of care, and collaborating within an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant hospital or clinical experience.
  • Master’s degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
  • WA state license (LMSW) required in hand , (LICSW/LACSW) preferred.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care, safety planning, and community resources.
  • Familiarity with CMS documentation standards and electronic health record systems.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and crisis intervention skills.
