Title: LMSW (Licensed Master of Social Work)

Location: Bellevue, WA 98004

Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: 4x10-hour Nights (8:30 PM – 7:00 AM, Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri)

 

Job Overview

Seeking a Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) to provide psychosocial assessment, crisis intervention, and discharge planning support in the Emergency Room and inpatient psychiatric settings. This clinician will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and behavioral health professionals to support patients’ mental health, ensure safe transitions of care, and connect patients with community resources.

 

Minimum Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2 years, preferably in ER or inpatient psychiatric care

Education: Master’s degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited institution

License: Washington State license (LSWAIC or LICSW preferred)

  • Trauma-informed care
  • Safety planning & crisis intervention
  • Discharge planning & care coordination
  • Knowledge of CMS documentation standards
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills
