LMSW (Licensed Master of Social Work) – Emergency Department

Location: 1035 116th Ave NE, Bellevue, WA 98004
Shift: Night | 4x10-Hour (20:30 – 07:00)
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

 

Position Summary:

Seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Master of Social Worker (LMSW) to join the Emergency Department team in Bellevue, WA. This clinician will provide mental health evaluations, crisis intervention, and discharge planning, ensuring safe and effective patient transitions from inpatient to outpatient care.

 

Requirements:

  • Education: Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
  • License: Active Washington State license (LSWAIC or LICSW preferred; required in hand at submission)
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in ER and/or inpatient psychiatric care
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and safety planning
    • Knowledge of community resources and CMS documentation standards
    • Excellent communication, crisis intervention, and organizational skills
    • Able to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team
