Dress Code

Licensed Nursing Personnel (RN, LVN): Solid navy blue uniforms or scrub attire (scrub tops may have colored piping; print tops not acceptable).
Unlicensed Personnel (CNA, PCA, etc.): Solid hunter green uniforms or scrub attire (print tops not acceptable).

Health Documents

Physical Exam: Within 1 year of start, signed by MD, NP, PA, or DO.
TB Test: IGRA/TSPOT, QGold, or 2 PPDs within 12 months of start date.

Background Check

Required within 45 days of start covering all locations lived/worked within the past 7 years.
