Description

• Full-time hospital employed urgent care position
• Open to nurse practitioners and physician assistants with at least one year of urgent care experience
• Serve a local population of approximately 35,000 residents in beautiful rural eastern Oregon
• Very competitive total compensation in the range of $173K+
• RVU production bonus opportunities, quality incentives up to $18K annually, commencement bonus of $20K
• Full benefits including a 401k match and paid malpractice, $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time, student loan assistance
• 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts
• 6 exam rooms and X-ray on site
• Epic EMR
• Average 15-25 patients per day
• Scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients per day
• Not-for-profit health system that includes a community hospital and 21 primary and specialty clinics
• Pacific Northwest community located 90 minutes from Walla Walla, WA and 2.5 hours from Boise, ID
