Registered Nurse (RN) – Inpatient Rehab (Night Shift)
Schedule: Full-Time | Night Shift
Location: Warm Springs, Georgia, 31830 

Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team, ensuring the safety, comfort, and recovery of patients. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Coordinate and deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care
• Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and the healthcare team
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and care planning
• Support patient education and recovery goals
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with policies
• Promote a respectful, inclusive, and patient-focused care environment

Requirements:
• Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia (or compact license)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)
• Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and time management skills
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
