👩‍⚕️ Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients across multiple ICU units
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams
Float to various ICU units as needed to meet patient care demands
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with hospital policies

✅ Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in Georgia or Compact State
2+ years of ICU or Critical Care experience preferred
Ability to adapt quickly to changing clinical environments
Current BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
