Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital (200 beds)
Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 09:30)
Minimum Experience: 1 year
Patient Ratio: 1:2
Charting System: Epic (Required)
Required Certifications: BLS, NRP (AWHONN Intermediate/Advanced preferred, not hard stop)
Key Skills: Sterile Vaginal Exams (Hard Stop), Circulate/Recover C-Sections, Triage, and Neonatal Resuscitation.

✅ Need to Know & Must-Haves

CA License Status: Valid CA License in hand (Pending not accepted).
Travel Experience: Not required. First-timers are Accepted.
Call Required: YES, potential for call, depending on census.
RTO Restrictions: Must be included at time of submission. Traveler must be willing to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year).
Weekend REQ: Every Third Weekend rotation is required (may increase to meet unit needs).
Floating Expectation: YES, can float to Postpartum and potentially to sister facilities nearby.
Locals Accepted: Yes (within 50 miles, accepted at a lower rate).
